How much is 1-1 coaching per month?
Run/Strength coaching is $275/ month. Triathlon coaching is $325/month. No sign up fee.
Is there a minimum time commitment ?
Yes. There is a 6 month minimum commitment. It takes time to build a coaching relationship and get an athlete up to speed (no pun intended) with the program. If an emergency arises, of course we can chat about early cancelling.
How do I communicate with my coach?
1-1 Coaching means we are here for you when you need us. We text, chat on the phone, leave notes back and forth in training peaks, email, carrier pigeon- whatever works for you and whenever you need us.
What program do you use?
We use Training Peaks to program your workouts.
What is included in coaching?
1-1 Coaching includes, and is not limited to:
- Personalized training plan built around goals, experience, schedule, and fitness level
- Ongoing adjustments based on progress, life events, travel, illness, or injury
- Race-specific preparation and taper planning
- Review of completed workouts
- Feedback on pace, heart rate, power, cadence, and perceived effort
- Guidance on execution and pacing
- Direct access to the coach via email, text, messaging app, or scheduled calls
- Answers to training questions as they arise
- Accountability and support
- Heart rate, pace, and/or power zone determination
- Threshold testing and zone updates as fitness improves
- Race result analysis
- Race Planning
- Race-week planning
- Nutrition and hydration strategy
