What is included in coaching?

1-1 Coaching includes, and is not limited to:

  • Personalized training plan built around goals, experience, schedule, and fitness level
  • Ongoing adjustments based on progress, life events, travel, illness, or injury
  • Race-specific preparation and taper planning
  • Review of completed workouts
  • Feedback on pace, heart rate, power, cadence, and perceived effort
  • Guidance on execution and pacing
  • Direct access to the coach via email, text, messaging app, or scheduled calls
  • Answers to training questions as they arise
  • Accountability and support
  • Heart rate, pace, and/or power zone determination
  • Threshold testing and zone updates as fitness improves
