This 6 week course consists of 2 workouts per week. Each workout contains 8 exercises per session, done twice through, which should take about 30 minutes. Each session covers all the bases- squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, core.
This course can be done in a gym or at home, with minimal equipment. This is not a video course, but a list of exercises for each workout. However, there is a link to a short video for each exercise if you need to see the exercise.
You have access to this course for 12 months, so feel free to go back to a workout more than once.
