This 8 week strength program consists of one workout in a gym, using equipment that you can access in the gym (like a lat pulldown machine); and one video workout that you can do from home (or in a space at the gym- just put in headphones!). We lift heavy-ish on gym days, aiming for 8-10 reps, but you can always choose to lift lighter if you want to.
