In Season Strength Program

This 8 week course is perfect for athletes who are in-season, meaning they are at their highest training loads and also racing. Each week consists of 3 workouts:

  • Strength and balance workout
  • Core workout
  • Mobility and flexibility sessions

This course focuses on functional strength, bodyweight and balance, and mobility and flexibility. The workouts are short in duration and low impact. You only need a looped resistance band and a set of lighter weights. You will have access to this module for one year.
