I started taking spin classes back in 2010 and was immediately hooked. Spinning lead me to become a cycling enthusiast. I have spent the last 10 plus years training and participating in competitive cycling as well as charity bike rides. I have always included spinning as an additional avenue of training. My affinity for spinning came naturally as an avenue to inspire and coach others to improve their fitness levels and cycling ability. I believe that the challenge of indoor cycling pushes people to test their physical and personal limits. I am Certified by Madd Dog Athletics.
Mantra:”Your mind will quit a thousand times before our body will. Training Philosophy:
I believe that everyone can achieve their fitness goals provided they have a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment in which to develop their skills.
Michelle grew up in the competitive world of figure skating. However, it was the “busy”ness of raising 2 children that lead her to find the addictive nature of running. It was during this time that she was introduced to spin classes and set her goal to complete her first triathlon. 8 years later, she has fully embraced the wonderful world of endurance sports and can be found swimming, biking, running and lifting just about anywhere. She is a member of the I Race Like a Girl Team and the Cape Cod Triathlon and Athletic Club. She currently lives in Chatham with her little pup and fat cat. Her daughter is a Junior at Salve Regina, and her son is a US Marine.

Eric Clark is a student of life. He can help you get into shape inside and out and make you feel better. Eric can legally stick hundreds of tiny stainless steel pins in you to elicit health benefits. It has been said that Eric gives a really good massage. Eric used to teach high school mathematics, but he now uses those skills to help people buy and sell real estate. Eric practices and teaches yoga to help him in his pursuit of his most authentic and powerful self. Eric’s mission is to create his dream life and by doing so help you create yours. Eric loves his wife and their two beautiful daughters. He tolerates their dog Loki, but secretly loves him too. When Eric is not working really hard to help people, and he isn’t in his own way, banging his head on the metaphoric wall, he can be found enjoying the woods, the water, and the snow. Eric’s “Why” is a magical life filled with time playing in the surf, the forest, and the mountains with his family and friends. In this wonderful reality, he still works hard, he still helps people, he still makes mistakes, and learns, and grows…………but the surf is always up, the sun is shining brightly, and the mountains are full of snow, and he is surrounded by babes (wife and two daughters).
Bri Schreiner began teaching yoga in 2008 while living in New York City and continued teaching yoga at Upper Valley Yoga in White River Junction, VT for 10 years prior to moving to Cape Cod in the summer of 2019. She is excited to informally return to the mat and to her practice. Bri is a former middle and high school science and math teacher, though in 2014 she transitioned from teaching to medicine and is now a dermatology physician assistant at Cape Cod Dermatology. Bri is a member of the Cape Cod Athletic Club and the Cape Cod Triathlon Team. She is a former competitive swimmer and runner, but she learned quickly when entering the triathlon scene in 2010 that buying a nice bike does not create a fast biker. She greatly appreciates how yoga can improve fitness, enhance recovery, help cope with disappointment, ease physical and mental stress and fatigue, and reduce injury.
