This 8 week strength and conditioning program consists of two full body workouts a week. This program is perfect for someone who is looking for results! It is a consistent strength program that works all body parts in 40 minutes or less. Each workout is different to keep you motivated. You only need a band and a couple of sets of weights. Each session starts with a short warm up, then the main set, then a cool down. If you are time starved, you can skip a set, but try not to skip the warm up or cool down.
